1. Who we are
FirmOS Hub is operated by FirmOS Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria with its principal office in Lagos, Nigeria (the "Company", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using FirmOS Hub or any app in the FirmOS suite, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
FirmOS Hub provides subscription management and entitlement provisioning for the FirmOS suite: TaxCounsel, Taxdoctor Books, BookFlow, AFS Studio, Comploy, and Taskflow. Your Hub membership grants your firm and its authorised seat holders access to those apps.
3. Accounts and seats
The signup email becomes the firm owner. The owner may add seat members up to the plan limit. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the activity of every seat under your firm.
4. Payments
All fees are quoted in Naira (NGN) and are billed in advance via our payment processor. Failure to pay may result in your firm's status being moved to past_due and, after a grace period, cancelled, at which point app access is revoked.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass entitlement controls, share seats outside your firm, or use FirmOS Hub for anything unlawful under Nigerian law.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
